Responsibilities:
• Organization and control of construction and installation work in accordance with project documentation;
• Interaction with the customer, design organization and subcontractors on all production issues of construction;
• Ensuring compliance with the technological sequence of construction and installation works at the site;
• Monitoring the execution of applications for mechanization equipment, materials, tools, inventory and ensuring their effective use;
• Participation in the delivery of completed works to customers;
• Control over the quality of work performed;
• Planning and control of timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites;
• Work with customer representatives, architectural, technical supervision and contractors throughout the entire construction;
• Prompt coordination with the customer and designer's supervision of changes to the project;
• Identify, prevent and eliminate causes of disruption to construction progress.
Requirements:
• Increased sense of responsibility, honesty and decency, conscientious fulfillment of the assigned task, professionalism, exactingness, resistance to stress;
• Experience in commissioning completed construction projects; • Personnel management skills;
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, AutoCAD;
• Official employment.
