Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the implementation of the construction and installation work plan on the site in accordance with the working drawings, work design, production plan and regulatory documents;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of planned targets for the commissioning of production capacities and construction volumes, the cost of construction and installation work, labor productivity;
• Monitoring compliance with the technological sequence of construction work and ensuring their proper quality;
• Carrying out construction and installation work in accordance with technical and technological documentation, requirements of current SNiP and GOST standards;
• Management of production and economic activities of the construction and installation site;
• Ensuring increased efficiency and quality of work;
• Filling out an application, according to the estimate documentation, for materials, structures for construction and installation work;
• Preparation and submission of a work plan for the next month, taking into account the number of workers on the site and the unconditional implementation of work according to labor productivity;
• Monitoring and guidance on the rational use of construction machines, mechanisms, vehicles on the site (facility), economical use of materials, in accordance with the work project.
Requirements:
• Higher education in the field of construction, additional education is welcome (MBA, PHD, master's degree);
• Work experience: at least 5 years in the field of construction (ROADS, BRIDGES, INTERCHANGES);
• Experience in project management in the field of construction of facilities (from the zero stage to commissioning) is required;
• Experience with tender, contract, project documentation;
